Pure acrylic artificial stone has excellent properties such as yellowing resistance (no yellowing for 15 years), antibacterial, high density, anti-staining, flame retardant, thermal shock resistance, chemical resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, etc.; The product quality is excellent, and the solid surface sheet is bonded jointlessly, which is the best choice for kitchens, bathrooms or various commercial premises to improve quality. Its raw materials are mainly composed of specially formulated 100% acrylic resin (Acrylic Polymer) and aluminum hydroxide, etc., and the raw materials are poured into the mold and manufactured by a special manufacturing process.

The characteristics of SPARSPA bathtub and basin products:

★ Yellowing resistance: Acrylic resin has excellent weather resistance. Long-term sunlight does not change color, no need to worry about yellowing. Up to 15 years indoors, 5 years outdoors.

★ Easy to clean and maintain: no special maintenance is required, just use scouring pads or a little detergent to remove surface stains; If stubborn stains are stubborn, scrub vigorously with scouring pads dampened with detergent. If there are shallow knife marks, fine water sandpaper 400#~600# can be used; Deep or heavy knife marks need to be repaired by the processor.

★ Antibacterial: Pure acrylic solid surface prevents the presence and growth of bacteria and mold. The surface of the product has no capillary pores and high-density, will not absorb external substances, and has no joint bonding with the solid surface material, effectively preventing the existence of bacteria and mold.

★ High density: The material inside pure acrylic artificial stone is dense, which is a high-density product manufactured by a special process.

★ Anti-staining: no pores, any dirt such as coffee, tea scale... and other residues, all of which only stay on the surface, can be removed by adding water with scouring pads or a little detergent; If the stain is not cleaned for a long time, it must be removed by applying force or fine water sandpaper 600#.

★ Flame retardant: ignite the flamethrower for about one minute, no spontaneous combustion. Leaving a lit cigarette on the surface for a long time has smoke marks, which can be removed with a scouring pad. Passed the test of the international authoritative TUV laboratory.

★ Thermal shock resistance: can pass ANSI Z124.6-5.6 test.

★ Chemical resistance: can pass the test of the American national standard ANSI Z124.6-5.5.
